Thank you, Jasmin! 🙏🏻☺️ The hummus had actually a real hummusy (I am inventing new words here) texture - to my own surprise.
Already cut up a 10 kilo jackfruit last weekend so I am definitely enjoy the fruit kingdom here. 😄
