Hey thank you! First, non-vegan donuts mostly have eggs and milk added to the batter, which is why they are crips on the outside and soft from the inside. The recipe I came up with doesn't have either, but as I was looking around, most vegan recipes only had baking soda or baking powder added to their batter, which don't give the needed results.
