I have not done this before, I probably would have but my pepper plants didn't make it. Oh well maybe next year!

I was surprised ours made it. We’ll plant some again next year, but much less lol. Do you preserve any of your veggies, or do you eat it all while fresh?
For now just been eating them fresh, but I want to try my hand at pickles next year!
