Hey Sofia, wow your mozzarella really looks amazing! How did you manage that it got this pure white look? I tried a similar recipe once, but my mozzarella turned out to be yellowish at the end.

Hey Chris, thanks so much 💖 Actually mine looked a bit greyish but in the picture it looks super white because of the lighting. The colour depends on the spices you use (and sometimes also on the cashews, some are more yellos and some more white). Sometimes I use ground paprika and it turns orange :D

You are right, it would be good to use cashews that are rather white.
