Grandma's "have you been a good boy ?" Dessert - A rare deliciousness 📷>recipe guide<

Hi Steemians! Today there is a piece of childhood for eating. When we were kids, our grandmother prepared this dessert with mascarpone, poppy, coconut and raspberry! The only condition was: We had to be good boys ...Unfortunately, we did not get the fantastic dessert very often. 😉

Ingredients for 2 "good boys":

100 grams of Raspberries

3 tbsp Xylit,honey or sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

150 grams of Mascarpone

0.5 vanilla pods

2 tsbp poppy seeds

200 grams of yoghurt

some fresh coconut cuts (or dried)

1. Fill the half of the raspberries in a bowl, place the rest on the side. Whisk the raspberries in the bowl, add 1.5 tbsp xylit, season with lemon juice and mix well.

2. Remove the vanilla puree and add to the mascarpone. Rub the coconut pieces and add with the poppy and the remaining sugar. Now add the yoghurt and gradually stir.

3. Serve in a dessert dish with the raspberry sauce and enjoy.

As a child I was a lot with my cousin together, these were the (rare) "good boys". We still have good contact and whenever he is going to visit me (like this week) there is this dish. And, of course, good girls get something @englishtchrivy !
