Oh, I actually never really sleep throughout the night. Been a problem since late 90s when I was still in uni 😅 Then I worked night shifts, too 😅

Lately tho, I was on allergies medications. Really wrecked thr sleeping pattern even more, somehow.

The other night was the 1st night I could sleep well, then the following night, it was back, waking up and wide awake around 1-2 AM 😅

When the dream woke me up, I just started reading a book (cough, I mean comic book 🤣), then by 1.50 I went to my husband's side where my phone was charged, so I just texted my Mum and then started browsing around instead back to my comic book 🤣

I had the same problem but started taking Melatonin. It is a safe vitamin that helps you sleep better. You can research it and maybe try it if you like. I used to take sleeping pills in the past but they dont work for me anymore lol I think my mind is overactive and always bringing up stories that even sleeping pills cant control it anymore 🤣 I am just trying to sleep on time and wake up on time, yet it is a hard mission!

I do take melatonin sometimes 😁
