Oh my god. I am really hungry now. Thank you for sharing. I also love eating wagyu alot. My cooking is a bit different, i will not put in salt when i season the wagyu but asd a bit of salt when i am pan frying. I heard that help lock the water in the beef.
Yes I love wagyu also, next time I want to make it a different style maybe cook it over Japanese charcoal and a grill.
