No Cheesecake factory here in Thailand, but there is cheesecake "sara Lee" in the frozen food section of Big C! The local big grocery chain. You're pasta looks great. I used to make a mean carbonera. So often good food has a direct correlation to good ingredients. I'll be heading to Italy and all over Europe next year. They have some of the best ingredients in the world in these parts. Your pasta dish has me excited! Looks like you topped that off with some good quality parmesan, or is that pecorino?
