One of my favorite sauces for Thai rice noodles is the crab & cabbage and I always put extra chunks of crab in the sauce. The taste of khanom jeen varies with different types of sauces and the results are always the same. You add a bunch of fresh vegetables to the rice noodles and it may be even healthier for all of us.
