@truthtrain all right I will tell you something that I never talked to anybody even my family .
Between menu "Pad Khing" and menu "Pad Prik Khing", I always confused even I am Thai because of the name of food lol. But I have the trick to remember and it is ...

  • Pad Khink --> has ginger --> color will not too red --> spicy from ginger only not from chili peppper

  • Pad Prik Khing --> doesnt have ginger --> color is red --> spicy from chili paste and all thai herbs plus having green bean (depend on the chef)

My friend owns a thai restaurant called Khom Fai ;)
He really likes my Tod Mun with cucumber salad recipe, I finally got it right after years of trying.

For real !! Wow you know what I love Tod Mun so much and every time I think about try to make it .. I feel a bit nervous dont know why but I will make it soon coz I didnt have tod mun almost 3 or 4 years lol , can you believe that ?
