The topic make me stopped by because the food look like my favorite dish :-) , is this "Pad Thai"? from the color ummm the hot spicy level might be 5 (level 5 is thai hot spicy) which is so much delicious for me :D

@truthtrain all right I will tell you something that I never talked to anybody even my family .
Between menu "Pad Khing" and menu "Pad Prik Khing", I always confused even I am Thai because of the name of food lol. But I have the trick to remember and it is ...
Pad Khink --> has ginger --> color will not too red --> spicy from ginger only not from chili peppper
Pad Prik Khing --> doesnt have ginger --> color is red --> spicy from chili paste and all thai herbs plus having green bean (depend on the chef)

My friend owns a thai restaurant called Khom Fai ;)
He really likes my Tod Mun with cucumber salad recipe, I finally got it right after years of trying.
For real !! Wow you know what I love Tod Mun so much and every time I think about try to make it .. I feel a bit nervous dont know why but I will make it soon coz I didnt have tod mun almost 3 or 4 years lol , can you believe that ?

Mmm, that is looking yummy. What type of noodles is used in this dish?
As far as presentation, my mind wants a little less food for that plate so that there is no overflow onto the walls of the plate, I think it would feel even more elegant. The extra basil leaves in the back draws my eyes from the front of the plate to the back. I'll take one, please :)

I've always loved the food-on-a-platter, arm extension technique for making the viewer feel as though the meal is being offered directly to them. Effective way to draw them in. Case in point – now I'm hungry.

Thai food is my favorite
Been researching and cooking it for the longest , I actually cater thai a couple times a year it's awesome food, healthy and a lot of aromatic flavors .
My favorites are
Tod Mun with cuke salad
Prik khing with shrimp
Panang chicken curry
Raw papaya salad

It looks Yummy , I think it is Pad Kee Mao Kung and Chicken because you said it is spicy so Pad Kee Mao is spicy and tasty , I am so hungry now.
