RE: Amazing Food And Drink That Actually Changes Colors

in #foodphotography7 years ago (edited)

Literally almost wrote all of that but was saving it for another post about mango sticky rice 'cause I wanted to focus on color changing lol. I like pandan and rose better than the natural food dye in the states (flavor wise). My favorite is the pandan/Anchan/ Rose sticky rice! I'll update the post w the Anchan part cause I forgot to put that in other than responding to fine-tune comment earlier. Thanks for the reminder!

Sorry for the spoiler alert for any future post you had about food colouring! Lol! And you're welcome for the reminder. Helping a fellow Steemian out :)

Oh and we forgot black colouring comes from charcoal or squid ink. Which has no taste really. We love Anchan drinks with the lime, so refreshing especially during this dry season. Becca is not a big fan of the glutenous sticky rice, but will have mango and (a bit) of sticky rice. We'll be on the look out for the weird and wonderful in Thailand too! :D
