"The Gift of the Chief God"

Under the rule of the legendary hero and his wife, the Lady Chieftess, the whole village and its neighbours prospered. He built the largest vessel that was ever made, which he would use to invade the Southern Kingdom, and soon, under his great influence, all the other chieftains pledged their loyalty and allegiance to the Great Chief of the North.

Without a doubt, he did not only have an unequalled strength and bravery but also the greatest wisdom among all the chieftains of the Northern Kingdom. His supernatural prowess and intellect had, therefore, reached the knowledge of the deities. It had never happened before that such a mortal could possess such qualities only attributed to the gods.

Meanwhile, the Chief God read the minds of the minor gods and deities. Unbeknownst to them, this mortal that they wanted to wage war on was the warrior that the Chief God had blessed even before he was conceived. It was already foretold thousands of years ago that a great man would save and deliver the land and its people from the evils of the gods.

Upon learning about the impending war, the Chief God left his golden throne and descended to earth to warn the legendary hero. Whilst on earth, he gave the hero the name, "Iqhawe Pakari", which meant 'strong warrior'. It was for the first time that a mortal had been given a name.

Before the Chief God ascended to the sky, he left Iqhawe Pakari a shielded spear that was protected by divine spirits, which he must hold with his right hand; bags, two of them, that were filled with an endless supply of health-restoring ambrosia that he must hold with his left hand; a full body armour that was made of steel; and a helmet that had a golden all-seeing eye at the back --- these weapons he would use during the greatest battle that was looming before him.
