Day 831: 5 Minute Freewrite: Wednesday - Prompt: brussel sprouts
Brussel Sprouts known for its perfume-like aroma, which is attributed to the banana-like seeds that once attached to the stem. You can find Brussels sprouts in bouquets and can have them in cakes or soups.
The best part about Brussels sprouts is that they can be grown indoors, with some of the easiest techniques. Sprouting can be done in all sizes of containers and with different germination temperatures. The best place to sprout Brussels sprouts is on a windowsill. You can also raise Brussels in your backyard is a sunny spot where the sunlight reaches directly through the leaves. Sprouting a variety of vegetables can be difficult. Brussels sprouts need a strong, easy growing environment for their roots to grow in a continuous manner.
There are many benefits of having this vegetable because it being a cruciferous vegetable, Brussels sprouts contain healthy compound fiber, iron, potassium, riboflavin, zinc, and selenium.
