I live in the fact that tomorrow is going to be better. In which direction? I see glimpses of beautiful things each day but happiness from what I feel is short lived. It is a cycle. I understand that we each have our own burden but we also cope differently. I agree that we should strengthen our mental health by being with people who influences positively. Surround yourself with people who are genuine and brings you happiness. It is in acceptance that nothing is perfect will we be able to appreciate more. Also, have an attitude of gratitude.
