I think that this year will be the one where we see if STEEM can make it or not. Not that it has to be perfected this year but if there can be enough changes made to allow people to start using it in larger numbers and put the blocks in place that will push the platform forward in the next years.

If it can't be done in the next two then i see it fading away as better alternatives are brought out. The first two were wasted with empty promises from the development team whereas so much was accomplished this year when people put their minds to it. This is a good launching pad for STEEM and if those blocks are put in place we can start to push the marketing side of it next. For me there is no point in marketing until there is a usable product for everyday people but for an app like @splinterlands who have built the product it's now the time to get it in front of people which they are moving into next. That's the way to do it.
