He had approximately five minutes. The clue posted to the blog was disguised as a free-write prompt. But really it was the drop point where the real coded message could be picked up. He wasn't hungry, but he went into the restaurant and placed an order. While he waited for the food, he excused himself and headed to the rest room. The two of the stalls were empty, but there was someone in the third. He'd have to act casually.
He walked into the first stall, closed the door, and lifted the tank cover carefully. It was empty. Uh oh. Only two other choices and one of them was occupied. He put back the cover, opened the stall door and went into the next. He picked up the cover, and again, nothing. The drop point is supposed to have a disposable phone in a zip lock baggie taped to the bottom of the tank. It had to be in the third stall. Or maybe he had gotten the clue wrong.
He replaced the cover, closed the stall door and sat down on the seat. He needed time to think and he had to wait out the person in the next stall.
He thought back over the other "prompts" that week. He was certain that the "fire" prompt, as followed by the "nose hair", "pill", and finally "toilet" all pointed to this restaurant. The fire that closed them down originally, the health scare, and the problem with dealers in the back alley. Toilet. It couldn't be any more clear, it had to be the third stall. Finally, he heard the sounds of flushing and the stall was empty.
The original post with today's prompt from @mariannewest is here.

Image is my own. As it turns out, I cannot, in fact, draw a toilet. Who knew?
Ahh I see, these stories are interconnected. A map. A treasure hunt. A my movie. A Dream within a dream!
Oh, sweet twist - you sure you're not going paranoid-schitzophrenic on us, o bird-denier?
It's not paranoid to know facts.
Love this!! And how you brought the other prompts in as well!! And thanks for remembering to post your link!! It is almost impossible for me to find the freewrites otherwise...
