I can hear the noise from my window
Vehicles from the highway
Running wild like roaring animals
So I opened the slats
Took a peak and saw something
Weird as it may seem
I saw something moving
It jumped and rolled on my garden
Could it be a gremlin?
Or maybe some blue elf
It is wearing a brown dress
black shoes, pink socks and green sleeves
Could I be imagining?
I asked and pinched myself
I guess I was
Took a closer look
There is nothing in there anymore
But, I can hear a dog barking
Kept barking and barking
Till it got tired
Perhaps the dog was bitten
By this mysterious thingy in my garden
I could no longer hear the barking
Wait a sec I got to go
Something creepy down there really
