Especially people suffering from depressions and anxiety are always tiptoeing. Thinking about how other people feel, always try and tried to please other people. They frequently are manipulated as well.

If you really want to feel better it is time to think about yourself first. Since this is about your health, your life.

There is no way you can always please other people. Note there are people who you can never please, they will keep complaint about other people no matter how hard you try and quess what? You will always find them in your family or between your friends.

The first step to a better life is stop thinking about other people their feelings.
If they feel hurt it is something they have to deal with it.
