Bus Stop
Her face was hidden by so much curly auburn hair. Her face was freckled and fair.
He saw her at the bus stop as he drove to work. She seemed so light and unaware. A glimpse of bright green eyes caught his stare. Her cheeks flushed, and she looked away.
He slowed the car for a light and looked in the rear view mirror, just in time to see her slim form disappear on the city bus, her apricot dress fluttering in the wind as she climbed the steps, well shaped calf peeking out. He put the car in gear, but his mind was still back at the bus stop. He made his mind up to drive by the bus stop every morning, and hoped for another glimpse of the girl in that apricot dress.
