RE: Not being religious is a crime?

You say:

The newest religion is the Islam.

Actually there are newer religions than Islam.

I wonder why people, whole countries with a complete different culture, decide to change their religion.

The religion they are moving away from no longer suits them.

Actually the same happens in other social areas, for instance internet replaces fax, bitcoin replaces dollars.

It is easy to get accustomed to good things. In fact I would be surprised if people held on to their religions.

There was a time you were killed if you refused to join the "forced-upon-the-troath-club".

There was a time when you were killed if you refused to have sex with somebody, or hand them your gold. The same as you described, no question asked. You didn't even have to believe in your hard that you should hand your valuables to the robbers, but you were not allowed to object.

So far I fail to see the point you are making.

If God saves...
If it is true he does, why should the rest of us believe in him at all?

The answer seems obvious, don't you think? For you to use a particular tool (here: religion) you have to believe it is right for you.

Did you believe that there was something in Steemit for you when you decided to join?

I personally believe there is no point in being saved by God, so I do not opt in. Being saved by God is out of question for me, because I do not see any reward in it. I am not going to ask God for salvation, and I won't consider myself saved. I hope I answered your question.

Satan is an invention of the church.

So? I still do not see your point.

We all go to hell, especially the women. No matter what... it is always the woman or the girl her fault or... it is God his will.

Actually I wouldn't concern myself with hell too much. Do you have any particular problem with women? I do not see your point.

I learned today that being not religious is a crime in some countries. A crime nearly as big as being a murderer.

Not doing this or that is a crime in many countries, for instance not wearing clothes. I do not see your point.

What do you actually use to study religion? What do you mean by saying that not being religious is a crime in some countries. I am religious. Does it count?
