You hate bid bots, me not running one is worse for you. Why? Because it would be another user running one that doesn't care about spam/plagarism/fraud (which 98% of bid bots don't).
If I stop running one, they don't go away or become less, someone else does it without any care to what it votes.
Do I prefer a community where they are not needed and people voted based on quality? Yes, but let's be real, this place isn't it.
But there are others already running bid bots in the fashion you speak. Your percieved ethics are not changing anything but dragging you into this drama which is unbecoming of s high level witness in my opinion. We seem to be talking in circles.
