I read that this was one of the best all around excersizes you could do. This would have been an excellent time for an experienced trainer. It took me about 1 month to recover from that one. I used to much weight and the muscle used had not been used since I was in my mothers womb, Oh I remember Kettle bells.
Awesome! I think the kettlebell is underused in training, especially in athletes. As a D1 athlete, I have been exposed to many training programs and only few have utilized the kettlebell. Kettlebell swings are a great full body exercise, but my favorite has to be the Turkish Getup.
