Great video, thanks.Very nice @acromott It reminds me of the time I made my own homemade kettlebell with some steel pipes and some free weights. I read that this was one of the best all around excersizes you could do. This would have been an excellent time for an experienced trainer. It took me about 1 month to recover from that one. I used to much weight and the muscle used had not been used since I was in my mothers womb, Oh I remember Kettle bells.
