Deregulation Is a good thing I mean that's why we have craft beers and designer top notch weeds. Also to further prove my point about free market kicking ass look at initiative 71 in DC and how the legal black market killed dispensaries and drove prices way down.

I lived in Germany for over 2 years. They have the most heavily regulated beer market on Earth.

It was the best fucking beer I have ever drank in my life!
I currently live in Oregon. Before legalization, I sometimes ended up with weed that had pesticides and mold. After legalization and regulation, I can buy a vape cartridge of 83% pure THC.
Germany takes their beer traditions very seriously lol. Here in Maryland we just got medical. The program cost 400$ a year and you forfeit gun rights. Possession is only 100$ fine don't even have to go to court. I've never bought a preloaded cartridge but I know black market wax is cheaper and comes from the same suppliers.
Seriously, I haven't had beer of even remotely comparable quality since leaving Germany.
I would trust wax and shatter from the black market even less than I would trust flower. You guys need full legalization and regulation of recreational consumption. If you had more Democrats in your state, you would probably be there already.
Oregon brought home the World Cannabis Cup 2 years in a row. We literally have the best weed in the world here.
All of the stuff I post comes from Cali you all do have some good weed over there always have. The east coast is getting with it slowly but I'll still always support black market it's stimulating the economy in its own way. Maryland is a blue state for sure not so much Western Maryland but all the big cities are liberal.
Republicans want to lock stoners up just to make a few bucks off their investments in privatized prison-for-profit schemes. That factor alone makes me wonder why there are any stoners out there voting Republican.
If it were up to me I'd legalize all drugs and let natural selection take over. Don't vote so I can't answer that. No body likes Jeff sessions why do we even tolerate these people.
We could legalize murder and cannibalism and let natural selection take over, but it wouldn't make for a strong and prosperous society. There's some bad shit going around out there. I have lost loved ones to drug overdoses. Drug addiction is a medical issue, and should be treated as such. Jail doesn't help anyone, and should only be used for violent criminals.
Somebody likes Jeff Sessions. He got elected to the senate four times. Maybe if all the people that hated him would have voted against him, he would have never been elected.
