like all new exercise classes everyone has to work their way back to certain level of physical ability and that takes time and patience, there's always the motto no pain no gain :)
Yes.. I had been practicing Yoga since last year. The gym provide yoga and functional exercises. But, after the yoga teacher change, i seldomly do yoga. Do yoga actually help in breathing, strength and flexibility. Beside yoga, i do functional exercise and hiking. Have to prepare myself before my third climbing mt.kinabalu...Thanks for the question @darsico
Hi @darsico..
I ever practice yoga but it's quite long ago. Yoga is very good for flexibility. I should continue back my class 😊.. for now I only exercise to flatten my tummy 😅
No, I have never practiced Yoga. I should. The elephant is much more flexible than me LOL! Your Friend @extraterrestrial :-)
yeah eh whats up with my elephant looks like shes stretchin things out there :))
I tried once in 2016 and it's like all muscle in my body was stretched. It was painful. I won't try doing yoga anymore.

As a freelance writer, I have written a lot about yoga. Funnily I have never walked the talk.
I'm still not sure about yoga. ..I'm more of a tai chi person
