I've had a problem recently where I get to sleep almost immediately but then I find I wake up about 30mins - 1hr later. I usually try something like listen to an audiobook or meditate or even write down anything that's on my mind. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I'll keep trying different things. My Mum swears by pre-biotic honey (as opposed to pro-biotic).

Thank you for sharing with us your struggles in sleeping and how you somehow cope with it. Pre-biotic honey is a new word for me, I think I'll have to check on it.
