Welcome! to HIVEQuest a play-by-post RPG game
HIVEQuest is an ongoing and growing RPG world. New Players are always welcome. Players can come and go as they desire, just let us know when you are leaving (say you are taking an IRL 2 week vacation) we will make sure your character is somewhere safe until you return (or Thunk may just cover you with leaves on the side of the road).

I will be posting a new turn every 48 hours during role playing rules to give players time to interact.
To help speed up Quests during Questing rules I will post when everyone is done with their actions. Sometimes this is less than 48 hours.
Grim see something in the ruins. Screams Omar's name and runs down the mountain. (This player is taking some time off)
Thunk manages to walk through the rocks and open the door from the inside.
As all of you are trying to figure out the runes, you hear a rumbling and see the door slide open. In the opening stands Thunk eating some berries. "What's up guys?" says Thunk with a grin.
Behind Thunk you see a dimly light hallway, cobwebs can be seen in the corners. They seem to be quite large.
As the sun is setting behind the Mountain. Will you camp for the night ? or venture forth ?
Thunk grabs an unlit torch and takes it to the campfire to light it. Walking back into the hallway Thunk notices the webs. “Those webs seem awfully big. Hope none of you are scared of spideys.”

You pick up 1D6 and roll a 5
Thunk gathers up 5 more torches and hands them to the party members. "You guys up to this or do you want to go nightly night first? I say we go on in and See what's in here". Thunk touches his torch to Wooleys and it sparks to life.
Thunk !search to make sure he has all his adventuring gear
Quaid: "There's no point in waiting for morning. It's going to be dark in there anyway. Lets go!"
Quaid will !search outside for anything useful first.
You search the surrounding area and you find Tunnel
Well this raises some questions... are we going through the door or into the Tunnel
Quaid: "Well obviously the tunnel is a trap. Since the door was opened from the inside I imagine it must be safe? Right, uh... dwarves?"
You search the surrounding area and you find Berries
Chingus shrugs, "I figure we might as well give it a look. What say you, friends?"
Chingus picks up an unlit torch.
Thunk taps his fire to Chingus' torch and slaps him on the back. "Quaid? Pupper? You boys ready to do some 'venturing? Thunk puts his arms around Wooly and Chingus. These two got torches burning with the spirit. ....or are you 'fraid of the spiders?
Where's that rhyming wizard? We need some entertainment!!
OOC: Chingus is badpupper's character. I think there might have been some confusion with the formatting when I joined or something.
OOC: not really, Thunk is just a little slow. Thunk is a barbarian
So I missed a play that Wooly was also going to walk through the rock and open the dor from the other side.

No worries. Apparently Wolly accidentally slept through his round this time. Whoops
No worries at all. People miss turns all the time. We are pretty easy going.
