The etiology of cancer is very complex and it can't be solely explained by the toxicity of our environment although I'm sure that plays an important role. You are a very brave and strong woman to be able to turn a very stressful situation into a productive occupation. I see a lot of people with cancer an a daily basis and it's not easy seeing all that suffering.
I am glad that people like you try to make the world a better place :)

Thank you @calatorulmiop! Cancer has so many components to it it's true. I was in the sun a whole lot, genetics. I think that for me the toxicity in the environment was just the big perspective shift for me, going through cancer. I realized there was a whole lot not in my control, but growing a garden and keeping my mind happy and health, that I could control to some degree.
I think most people I respect most in life are the ones that had great hardship and came out being more grateful. Thank is a sign of an opportunity taken.
Good job on focusing on the things you can control, many people get really anxious and focus and the things they can't control and end up with a lot of emotional issues on top of everything else. Hope to see you healthier every day :)
