As you have said DIll is a good herb, it is part of a recipe for salads and soups.Dill leaves are very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Niacin, Phosphorus, Zinc and Copper, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese...........As for the planting, don't bother to transplant because it will not perform well. Plant the seed directly into rich soil and then nurture it to maturity...I wish you best of luck...
