I totally understand! When I covered them yesterday it was 70 degrees outside. One of my olive trees still has leaves on it. But we love figs and have tried for years to get them to grow well. We have even relocated them to other areas on the property. I was hoping this past year when they were downhill and out of the northern wind, they would do better but they didn't. We shall see though.
