how rich it should be to witness, how you age your vinegars and give them that flavor of different fruits, I would like to try the mango, I am addicted to vinaigrettes.the very vegan presentation, and the purpose for which elaborate is the community aid they make them more valuable, as always excellent marketing. @ gardenofeden
Mmmmmmm yes the mango is an excellent vinegar! Slightly sweet, but nice and tart. It is wonderful in salads or for sipping!

Hello friend, these vinegars have different assorted flavors, they are made with firewood so they are delicious!
Vinegars are actually raw preparations that do not require cooking.
We add vinegar to some of our cooked recipes, and all of our cooking is done over fire.
