how rich it should be to witness, how you age your vinegars and give them that flavor of different fruits, I would like to try the mango, I am addicted to vinaigrettes.the very vegan presentation, and the purpose for which elaborate is the community aid they make them more valuable, as always excellent marketing. @ gardenofeden

Mmmmmmm yes the mango is an excellent vinegar! Slightly sweet, but nice and tart. It is wonderful in salads or for sipping!
