You can either create a folder (recommended) on your email mailbox where any email that contains your spreadsheet will automatically get transferred to (using email filters which are very useful but may be too technical for you), or just delete your emails that are already longer than a period of time (such as 30 days). 🤓 !LUV !CTP
Deleting older emails is not an option btw, since I'm using that mailbox as an archive !LOL !LUV !CTP

I'm not since the back ups are not so frequent !LOL and the files are very small being word and excel files
Email filters I would have to check indeed, 'cause since I started emailing about 25 years ago I'm still using my same mailbox for private email and didn't learn nothing new there !LOL
