You can either create a folder (recommended) on your email mailbox where any email that contains your spreadsheet will automatically get transferred to (using email filters which are very useful but may be too technical for you), or just delete your emails that are already longer than a period of time (such as 30 days). 🤓 !LUV !CTP
It's a good thing that you don't (seem to) worry about your email account reaching full storage, especially with your frequent backups sent to that email. 😅 !LOL !CTP
