Think about this, imagine if buildawhale upvoted its own content at 100% everyday, or if @steemit started making posts and upvoting them to 100%, the reward pool would drain so fast that you would never see rewards again... Haejin is promoting an abusive behavior by doing what he is doing, and we are voting in return to stop him from taking such high values...
If 1000 people with ~$0.04 votes all worked together then collectively they could vote for $40, not only that but haejin and his followers would be unable to flag 1000 people.

Many see this situation as indicating at best a lack of true assessment and at worst a case of voting abuse as outlined in the Steem whitepaper. The two of them have pulled more than $492,318.47 USD from the rewards pool since they teamed up on 12/9/2017.

Yes. His votes are from like 1-2 people upvoting him all the time. Its not a lot of users like i was thinking at the start.
