This is @haejin's latest attempt to silence me and get his zealots to attack in any fashion they can. If you haven't read my post on the Future of Steemit I recommend checking it out. It gives a full rundown of how we got to the point we are today where one user is on track to make millions mostly from one user upvoting his 10+ posts/day around $300 each.
Only 5,000 or so of @haejin's followers are active, and about 4,990 of them have less than 5 Steem Power. If you don't know what the typical @haejin follower is like have a look at my recent post.
You can flag all day, and just show how much of a dick you really are and bring more and more awareness to your abuse. I have been here far longer and have done far more for this community than you have and I will be here far longer. In fact, I actually understand it is a community, not your own little cash register.
Not only do you want to rape the reward pool you want to shut up anyone who has anything to say about it. You already tried to destroy the Steem Poker League community as well as others.
Tell Craig he has to work on his customer service, his customers don't seem happy.

I voted for you as a witness a while back, before all this haejin stuff happened, i will not change my vote. No amount of pleading is going to sway that..... If he is really that desperate to get rid of you @themarkymark then why doesnt he jist use his whale to bribe people with 100% upvotes to take their vote back? Because its all just for show so he gets more followers.....
And why doesn't he set up a witness and a rpc node?
If he has the power and the followers, it would be easy for him to be a witness.
He would also show, that he is interested in the community and not only here for profit and easy money.
Witnesses are supposed to give a shit about the blockchain and community. His god complex denies him that ability.

How do we know that his followers are not fake accounts? If one was clever, this could be done with a few employees - which would be well worth the expense.
I believe some are looking at voting speeds. It is very possible they are real and they are loyal to him but they give nothing to community. Very few have more than the default 0.05 Steem Power and most of them don’t post. They only resteem Haejin and comment.

A part of his followers accounts is fake... and another part is critical about his behaviour (I confess I do follow his threads, but it doesn't mean I support their content, haha, and I bet we're many Steemians doing so).

I'm beginning to wonder if you guys are playing off each other to create some sort of Steemit melodrama. It's a cool look at the evolution of performance art, capitalizing off Steemit in a Kardashian sort of way.

I recall similar posts betweeen @haejin & @berniesanders last week. While it may not be as fun to post about for you, this storyline is probably the most compelling content on Steemit right now for the semi-new, semi-serious Steemian.
Hopefully the infighting won't last forever, but I do think it will be a compelling footnote and history lesson posts will be made about it if Steem continues to grow and thrive.

Right, I actually agree with you here. @themarkymark I think you need to step up and be the bigger guy here. Calling for people to not vote for you as witness is not a measure to silence you.
the -$300 downvotes are the measure to silence me, the calling for people to un-witness me is an attempt to cause more damage and harass.
How am I not the bigger guy? I never flagged him, I never sent 10000 followers to attack him, I never sent endless threats. I presented facts and proof to back it up and I have become primary target #1 for their campaign.

I have not been able to find evidence they are operating under the same flag. If anything blockchain info points to the contrary. (Perhaps you can enlighten me)

Look man, if you really did receive death threats why don't you contact Steemit INC? They have the right to shutdown any account involved in illegal activities on this platform. Also, contact the police.
These flag wars will not solve anything. Both sides act like a bunch of spoiled little kids who argue about who and how they should use the toys they've been given.

Maybe I could revise and say: continue to be the bigger guy and continue to say what is true. Call silencing silencing. Call denouncements (which is what the witness disenfranchisement call is) denouncements.
I can't post normal posts as he flags them, even posts where I give away money. He completely flagged Steem Poker League so their rewards for their community were zero'd because someone disagreed with him.
If no one says anything, he will take even more than $66K/week, my estimates if he wasn't flagging and was getting a full week worth puts him around $150K-$200K/week for posting charts. This is money taking out of a shared reward pool.

@themarkymark is not being dramatic. I am addicted to drama so I would know! He is being altruistic for the community. Steemit is a very good idea and he seems committed to the original ideals.
This subject could decide the fate of steem.
The growth will not exponentiate if the funds are not distributed among new users.
The community will band together and resolve this issue together. Hopefully fine-tuning the community and leading to a better platform for everyone that is not corrupt. Voted for you as a witness good luck.

There is absolutely nothing about the agreement that changes anything besides AT BEST slowing down the process for 13 weeks while the dramatic ones feel they have contributed to some type of success.
The drama was stirred and escalated brilliantly towards a false solution and now you are TOLD that some group of people have the ability to broker a deal on the community's behalf and if you don't like shut the fuck up or get flagged.

My conclusion is this is a "big stake holders" problem to fix. (Crab buckets and equal players)
I don't like how any of it was handled (or not handled) there is very little I can do about it. If the other big players can't or will not act... They have more invested than I do.
The whole situation isn't a game breaker, but it is disappointing to me. I've wasted enough time looking at it.

I think it is not a problem he writes 10 posts per day.. I would do it too if it didnt take me 1 - 5 hours to prepare one post with a painting or tutorial...
I get about $7 from people who have me on autovoter and it is enough for me to avoid posting more at the expense of quality...
I know it is a difference.. art and financial advice.. but there should be some limits.. this is a great deal of money and the fact there are at least a few people who dont agree with the reward means something is not right...
but what is it? This sitution is the result of a system rules. The system allows to use masive votes through autovoter, to use massive votes on our own posts in any time and to post 10 times a day, so here it is.
And it also allows to flag someone if we dont agree with the reward.. When we summarize it, both sides act according to the rules, so I dont see a winner in this matter if the rules wont change... that is how I understand it..

How does this work? Does he have like 10000 bots? One dude mashing a button? Sounds pretty easy to scam the system.
There are many individuals on Steemit who actually have multiple accounts, some run into the hundreds. It's a fairly trivial to give a bot voting rights on 99 of those accounts and have the bot upvote your main account to megabucks. @shelockholmes was doing a brilliant job of exposing these individuals https://steemitstage.com/@sherlockholmes sadly he has disappeared. I just hope he wasn't threatened or worse? While it's brilliant that there is effectively no controls on Steemit it is both sickening and annoying that some scumbags are more than willing to spoil it for the rest of us and there's nobody to do anything about it.
The freedom that Steemit gives us does open it to abuse, but I think a lot of the community care about making it better. I hope that's enough.

Haejin has brought a lot of new users to Steemit over the last 4-5 months. It makes sense that they including myself have little to no steem power. Not everyone is going to invest right away. It takes time to build wealth.
They all have 0.50 SP, and no posts. Just attacking people who disagree and praising @haejin. Zero involvement in Steemit. Could just have a mailing list for that matter.

I have been trying to understand this conflict between you and haejin but I'm not sure how/when it started. I was looking to see if you could do a video and break it down with a few bullet points. Right now as I look across STEEM i see tons of users out there trying to make there post worth more using whales or bots or some other system so what is making this person/code different.
