Actually I don't mean "acting like a kid" in sense of being childish :) I meant much more to open our eyes and appreciate little details we don't see anymore from the adults´perspective.

In this meaning our previous experience plays against us, you are right - it's a trap. Being the adults, we have ceased to be surprised simple things, but become more serious and cautious. The worst thing is that we try to get our kids to do the same...
Absolutely. We can be a great example to follow (not only for kids) :-)
