Not getting enough sleep can be unhealthy to our lives. As it can cause stress and other uncomfortable condition for man.. This is indeed an interesting post.. What a tip to healthy living!.. I wrote something similar days ago on stress and one of being the culprit was stress.. I would be glad if you can visit my blog and check it out

that is really nice that you have concern regarding health. I think health should be promoted to everyone especially to those who are doing unhealthy living. This is to keep away from sickness or any harmful effects to them.
