Hi steemers ,today i am going to give information about Vitamin D.
Importance Of Vitamin D :
Vitamin D necessary to absorb calcium from food which are in our colons and add in our bones in form of minerals , lack of vitamin d made human's structure weak and hollowness .
Vitamin D and (UB-V) Sun Rays :
UV-B sun rays are founded in summer from 10 am - 3 pm .This is a very good source of Vitamin D ,scientist research that sun bath is very necessary for human body which help to invoke vitamin D but is not possible for every one to do this because we can not make it our routine. Sun light comes from mirror of a car or other glass has not ability to give Vitamin D .
Reason Of Lackness Vitamin D:
- Use food in which vitamin d is not in enough quantity.
- Lackness of sun exposure.
- Tawny color .
- The use of sunblock creams (in ladies ),
Disease being due to lack Vitamin D :
In children :
- Rickets
- Height problem
- Breath and stomach issues
In Elders :
- Osteomalacia (crushed bones)
- Joints problem
- Pain in waist
- Bone fracture

Good post about an important topic. I had problems with Vitamin D deficiency and it caused me all sorts of problems, such as dizziness, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, headaches etc and I had to take massive doses of Vitamin D tablets. I’ve now managed to get my levels of Vit. D up by exposure to the sun as much as possible and I learned that eating certain types of fish is also helpful, such as mackerel.
yes , i think you should eat food contain vitamin D ..and take sun bath as much you can..
