3. Garlic

4. Lemons, limes, and oranges

Your information is correct @algeriatech. I use the lime therapy to clean my system. But I do not eat eggs anymore. I use an alternative.

I do eat salads and fruits to detoxify all the artificial stuff we eat nowadays.

Excercise is also a form of detox, but vegetable is still the best @algeriatech

That's a good healthy tips. But the idea of eating raw vegetables is medically not advised in some cases. For example, some microscopic parasites like schistosoma,fasciola hepatica, fasciolopsis buski and the rest can live and form encystation on some vegetables which when ingested raw leads to the entry of that parasite into the body leading to parasitic infection.

If your lymph system is filtering correctly, the body will have no problem eliminating any of those that you mentioned. Throw in some herbal botanicals as well attack any parasites and you're golden.

Vegetables and fruits are allies to our health because of the antioxidants they contain. It is important to consume them daily to strengthen our immune system.

Great post @algeriatech. Lots of great information that we can apply to our daily life. I'm actually going on detox diet right now, so this came to me just in the right time.These are actually pretty easy steps to apply to my diet since I am pretty much doing most of the steps every day. Getting rid of detox in our bodies is so, so important, because if we don't cleanse our liver and kidney and our gut, no matter what we put into our bodies, the best supplement etc, our body will not be able to absorb it, because our liver or kidneys or gut are working properly.
