How to NEVER Get Sick AGAIN !! The ICEMAN METHOD

Yes, You heard it right, Never get sick.
In this article I'll be sharing with you The ICEMAN METHOD or The WIM HOF METHOD.

So who is WIM HOF ?

WIM HOF is a 58 years old daredevil, but he's not just a normal daredevil, this guy "Does not get sick", they also call him "The Iceman" because of his resistance to extreme low temperatures.

WIM HOF seems to be a superhuman because he applies a set of techniques he calls "The WIM HOF Method", this guy works with scientists from all over the world to prove his techniques and try to show his method to the world.

What is The WIM HOF METHOD ?

It's simply a set of techniques which you can see here :

  • Exposure to cold.
  • Breathing techniques.
  • Meditation.

A scientific study proved that by using his techniques which he teaches to everyone, WIM HOF can actally increase his heart rate and adrenaline levels which is crazy if you just think about it for a while.

The truth is if you follow this you will be able to do the same thing (PS: I tried this myself) :

Step 1 :

Inhale fully (and slowly) but don’t exhale quickly (Do it slowly), when you inhale you should see your stomach rising, do this 30 to 40 times.

Step 2 :

Hold your breath for as long as you can, before you do this your lungs should be empty of air !

Step 3 :

Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 ( repeat for 3 times ).

Step 4 :

A cold shower ( this is the most important step don't skip it), well I think everyone here knows how to shower, what you should do before the shower is to actually start with warm water, then a little colder, then a little colder until it's freezing cold or "so cold", now stay there for a while, it's not easy but day after day your body will learn how to adapt !!

Remember to breath and don't panic .

Guys believe me, after doing this, you will be strong and happy, I try to show this to as many people as I could, in order to help them learn how to get control of their body, this is not hard, after this you will learn "the power of commitment" and understand that the power is within you !!

Awesome stuff! Thank you for breaking it down. I've come across Wim Hoff a few times, and I've been meaning to revisit it and try it out. The records he's broken are wild.

Hey Achraf! Do you have the study that you are mentioning? I would like to read it, because it's a really interesting technique. I have tried only the steps 1 to 3 for calm me down sometimes.

Thank you, I had not read it until now :( it's a really amazing study. I never thought immune system could be influenced voluntarily with meditation and breathing. Although my mother usually tells me every time I get sick, that if I trick myself by making myself feel good, I will recover. In other hand, would be nice to know if this techniques be capable of help people with autoimmune diseases, as the article said.

Oh this was such a fantastic article! I was in Milwaukee once visiting my cousin, and at his party met a random dude who told me about all this once hearing that I take cold showers only. We isolated ourselves in a separate room and did breathing excercises that Wim Hof talks about ... and get this guys, I was able to hold my breath FOR 3 MINUTES! . It's crazy stuff. Dimension hopping anyone? LOL.
