Well done!
Be careful not to injure yourself... overuse injuries can be particularly tricky to recover from. In terms of the diet, veggies tend to be pretty low in calories so you can always eat a ton of veggies and still lose weight.

Im heavily substituting my usual healthy diet eith veggies. Im living off lettuce, cucumber, chicken breasts etc....
