Great piece! Earned a follow from me. :)

All points you made are valid but i think an emphasis on exercise is lacking. The overall effects of sedentary life style is much worse than junk food or bad eating habits. But exercise makes up for some of negative effects from sedentary lifestyle. Sure, don't wait to be very healthy if you exercise an hour after sitting still for 10 hours, but there are papers on the unbelieveable positive effects of just 1 hour of exercise.

So in the future, i am hoping you will emphasise the exercise part more. Other than that, splendid work!
