The secondary goal is to get to 10% body fat where I started at ~30%, what is more healthy, being obese or getting to an ideal bmi rapidly?
I'm not taking a multivitamin, just some water mixed with lemon juice, potassium, himalayan pink salt and apple cider vinegar.
Meals thus far have included Bacon Chicken Ceasar Salads, 2" thick Ribeye steaks with baked potato n all the trimmings and ceasar salad.
