Good advice for diabetics. I've been a diabetic for over 20 years, it can be an infuriating disease. Everything effects it - stress, infection, too little sleep - many, many things. It's hard to find the perfect regimen when the parameters are always changing. Daily monitoring by checking you sugar is useful information for both you and your doctor.

oh I'm very glad that the post has reached a reader with diabetes. My advice is because I take care of my grandmother who suffers from this disease and wanted to contribute a little for those who suffer from the disease and for those who do not know about it.
