Challenge completed - 285 reps

Started out with a conditioning piece of 5 rounds:
20 assault bike cals
20 wall balls
40 double unders (=4)
1 min rest

Then went on to more of a skill drill:
5 rounds
5 deadlift @ 140kg
8 handstand pushups
1 min rest between rounds
About 35-40 seconds of work per round
