@introvert-dime, really? I never knew those hours are important. But i'll like to know the reason for that though.
@best gift, thanks for educating us on the importance of sleep. I think another way one can improve sleep habits is getting rid of worries and anxieties. I personally find it hard to sleep when I am worried

These hours are very important to sleep because at that time body goes through increase in melatonin production which is associated with the metabolic activities of our body.
