... And I feel the onset of a migraine.
My stomach is turning and I find that I can't eat this cold overnight oats that I made for breakfast. A sharp knife slides between my left eye ball and my skull. I decide to take my preworkout to see if the caffeine will alleviate the migraine, start heating up something else to eat, and decide that I am still going to go to the gym.
Anyone who suffers from migraines knows that would be playing with fire. Strenuous activity can force-feed a migraine and lead to a monumental intensity of pain that usually ends up in complete mental breakdown.
Haha, pardon the drama. But seriously, I just decided to go. If it worsens, I'll take a seat on the bench, but if it doesn't... I'll have avoided missing yet another opportunity to go to the gym. I haven't been back all week, and it boils down to having missed the opportunity due to a migraine (this is the second or third this week, I'm not sure), and then I simply didn't go out of my way to make up for the days I had missed.

I'm sure I look like I smell something bad when I have a migraine...haha. Stay strong!
nice i like it
crypt0 resteem brought me here.I used to get sinus headaches often. it ruined a good amount of time for me. I hope there are indicators to what was causing yours. it's difficult to escape from. Hope you are well
Thank you. I suspect caffeine is the culprit.
fasting and super hydration have helped many, from what I understand
I'm a nut about hydration, so I've got that going already, but I can't fast without becoming terribly sick to my stomach. Stomach problems. lol I'm falling apart. Thanks for the suggestion!
Regular exercise should reduce the frequency in which your migraines occur. Get in and do what you can. No need to be a super hero in the gym %100 of the time. Small victories!
Yes! Thank you! It was a small victory, indeed!
I feel your struggle very good, because I've been struggling with aura migraine for years and when I get an attack it disables me completely. So, I understand the limitations you describe in your post ...very well!
When I feel (and see) the migraines is coming up, I immediately start with the remedy that helps me to limit the attack.
In my case, that's a preventive painkiller, vitamine C, a lot of water and lying down in a quiet, dark room.
And that helps preventive against the throbbing headache (when the aura has been pulled away).
Many resources do not exist, so it 's mainly from personal experiences we have to help ourself.
Wishing you the best in the struggle against migraine, in order to find a preventive and soothing method.
Warm regards!

Thank you. I greatly appreciate your response and sharing your own personal experience. By sharing our experiences, we grow stronger. I will try the vitamin C. Lots of water definitely helps. Caffeine usually helps me stop the aura, too. Have you tried that?
Never tried coffee so it's one thing to try. thanks for the tip!

Yeah but be careful that you don't rely on it to the point of addiction, because then you'll be worse for sure.
