Thank you. I greatly appreciate your response and sharing your own personal experience. By sharing our experiences, we grow stronger. I will try the vitamin C. Lots of water definitely helps. Caffeine usually helps me stop the aura, too. Have you tried that?

Yeah but be careful that you don't rely on it to the point of addiction, because then you'll be worse for sure.
